3 steps for your offer
1. Contact:
To prepare a cost estimate, we need the following information from you by email:
- Name and full address of the installation location
- Photos of the installation location (e.g. roof, carport, garage) and the meter cabinet
- Information about the installation location: dimensions of the installation location, orientation (e.g. compass direction), angle of inclination, height to the gable (if relevant)
2. On-site inspection date:
After you have approved the cost estimate, we will arrange an appointment for an on-site inspection. Our employees will visit you at home to record all relevant measurements again precisely.
A flat rate of €100 will be charged for the on-site inspection, which will be credited to you after the contract has been concluded.
3. Offer:
After the on-site inspection and in consultation with our fitter and electrician, we will provide you with an individual offer for your solar system.
Your PV system from SolX
Choose a PV system from SolX now and not only save money, but also generate your own green electricity
4 reasons for a PV system
A kilowatt hour (kWh) of electricity currently costs around 42 cents in Germany (including electricity price cap). With a photovoltaic system you can generate your own electricity. This means you save on every kilowatt hour you use.
If you install a photovoltaic system, your annual electricity costs will drop significantly. If you combine the system with an electricity storage system, you will increase your savings even further. With an electricity storage system, you can use your own solar power even when the sun is not shining, thus reducing the amount of electricity you draw from the grid.
Many plant operators are opting for photovoltaics to actively protect the environment. Photovoltaic systems use the sun's energy and convert it directly into electricity. Unlike conventional power plants such as coal-fired power plants, they do not emit any climate-damaging CO2 and are therefore 100% climate-neutral.
By opting for a photovoltaic system, you become an active climate protector and help limit global warming by reducing your personal CO2 emissions.
In Germany, the energy industry is mainly run by large energy companies. Although the liberalization of the electricity market allows us to choose our own electricity supplier, we still remain dependent. This is because municipal utilities and electricity providers also get their electricity from coal-fired power plants supplied by companies such as RWE. This means that we are still exposed to unpredictable fluctuations in electricity prices on the electricity exchange.
In contrast, solar power can be generated much more cheaply and is not subject to price fluctuations on the electricity exchange.
By installing your own photovoltaic system on your roof, you can ensure that your electricity comes 100% from renewable sources. Become your own energy supplier and make your own decisions about the future of your energy supply.
Excess electricity generated by the PV system not only benefits your own household, but can also be fed into the public grid via the grid feed-in.
This means that every owner of such a system contributes to the production of more green electricity with their PV power and earns money at the same time. A fee is paid for every kilowatt hour fed into the grid.
